Danica brings a background in Marketing Research and Employee & Customer Satisfaction, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri. She maintains a life coaching certification and is passionate about understanding people—what drives engagement, loyalty, and meaningful experiences.
At Rally Wealth and Benefits, Danica thrives on aligning the power of small details with the firm’s broader vision and long-term goals. She enjoys implementing events and personalized initiatives to create lasting impact for clients and her team.
Outside the office, Danica serves as a Youth Pastor, community group leader and is actively involved in her children’s schools. In her free time, Danica enjoys time with her husband, James and children, Briella and Camden. She loves to read, attend ballet and is currently training for her first half marathon this fall.
