Bailey joined the Rally Wealth & Benefits team in 2022 and plays an essential role in supporting the day-to-day needs of Kristina Strickland and Bruce Glenn’s clients. She helps ensure that client requests, account administration, and service needs are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail, helping our team deliver a smooth and responsive client experience.
Bailey is known for her reliability, organization, and commitment to helping clients feel supported whenever they interact with our office. Whether assisting with account paperwork, coordinating client requests, or helping keep operations running smoothly, she is a key part of the service experience our clients value.
Outside of the office, Bailey is a proud mom to her two sons, Daxton and Tre. Much of her time is spent cheering on Daxton at competitive baseball and wrestling events. When she’s not at the ball field or in the gym, Bailey enjoys volunteering through her church and spending quality time with family and friends.
